• Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall administration and operations of the Food and Beverage Department.

• Applicants should have at least 5 years prior experience as a F&B Manager in a similar size F&B operations.
• Good understanding of business management, control of all cost and expenses.
• Knowledgeable in terms of Labor cost.
• Willing to work in shifts or extended number of hours, can work well under pressure, and proactive.
• Must be knowledgeable in the delivery of luxury service and demonstrate a true passion for luxury service.
• Excellent communication, leadership and guest relations skills.
• Strong attention to details.
