Reservations Agent (Arabic Speaker)
– The Reservation Agent must have the ability to perform all reservations call center functions including taking reservations, making outbound calls, email and website chat communication with guests.
– Excellent listening skills, computer literate and knowledgeable in reservation systems like Micros Opera, and strive to deliver a great customer service every time.
– Manage all mails from guests and ensure response and completion of all guest requests and evaluate all reservation logbook and provide update on everyday basis.
– Attention to detail and the ability to resolve customer issues.
